Don't let it stop your momentum. Find ways to be active that don't hurt (i.e. if you can't run but walking is ok, DO IT! Or if it's your leg that hurts, still work your core and arms, or vice versa if its a leg) Sorry, that's a bummer. I hope it feels better soon! And at least tomorrow is a built-in rest day (thank you Heavenly Father!).
